Prior to establishing Stephens, Gourley & Bywater, David A. Stephens and Gordon E. Bywater had practiced as the law firm of Stephens & Bywater, and R. Vaughn Gourley had practiced as a partner in the law firm of Gourley & Bodily. Mr. Gourley is also admitted to practice law in the State of Utah.
